New	Creates new WebCD Projects, Folders, Bookmarks, and URLs.
Open Project	Opens an existing WebCD project.
Open Document	Opens an existing document.
Save Project As	Saves the current project under a new name.
Test WebCD Image	Opens the current project with the WebCD Viewer
Print	Prints the document currently displayed in the Browser View.
File Names 1 through 8	Click one of the last eight projects used to open that project.
Exit	Quits the WebCD Packager application.
